Our Client, an award winning Care provider based in Brighton, is looking for a Qualified Nurse to join their team. Excellent team, Good CQC reports, with great potential for progression. They are fully staffed with minimum Agency use. Looking for a Qualified Nurse to join their team and work towards outstanding reports.
You will be working as part of a team of other Nurses and Carers that are passionate about delivering a high standard of care to elderly residents, residents with dementia, physical disabilities, terminal illnesses etc.
- Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing our residents needs and wishes
- Assist in the development, review and update of care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs.
- Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other external stakeholders.
- Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
- Contribute to the creation of an atmosphere that focuses entirely on promoting happiness
- Support people who use our service to achieve full and enhanced lives
You will require a valid and active PIN number
Elite Employment Dorset Ltd does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
Hours: 44 hours on a weekly rota, would consider P/T
Salary: £22.50 per hour, £40-46K DOE
