Job Description
Our client based in the Ferndown area is currently seeking a Late Shift CNC Miller – Programmer/Setter/Operator
Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Complete machine set ups in line with company procedures
- Comply with component quality requirements and ‘First Off’ process
- Manage machine maintenance requirements and complete daily log
- Ensure parts are finished and deburred in line with company standards
- Support all corrective actions, observations & reviews presented by the quality department
- Fully support lean programs: examples 6S and Lean manufacturing initiative programs
- Uphold company policies as directed by the senior management team
The applicant must have at least 3 years, recent CNC milling experience using Heidenhein controls.

Hours – 40 per week flexible start time Mon-Thurs 4pm – 2am
Location – Ferndown
Salary £18.00 – £20.00 per hour depending on experience.
