Job Description
Based in Sale, my client is looking for Business to Consumer Sales Advisors to join the busy friendly team.
This is a Monday to Friday hybrid role working 1-2 days in the office and 3 days from home after training.
Main Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
- Generating revenue by scheduling appointments with customers and prospects
- Booking appointments through the inhouse appointment system
- Inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Dealing with customer queries
Person Spec:
- A Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to plan and priorities your own workload
- Computer literate preferably with previous experience of working on internal databases or appointment booking systems.
Salary: £24,024 – £27,600 OTE – uncapped with Typical bonus £300-£600 per month
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 17.30pm with occasional Saturday
