Job Description
Based in Ringwood, my client is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisor to join the busy team on a temp to perm basis.
Duties
- Responding to our customers via email
- Dealing with customers queries on our system
- To deliver a superb customer experience by responding quickly and professionally at all times
- Getting it right “first time every time”
- To ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally
- To ensure all emails are responded to in a prompt and professional manner
- To ensure all written customer communication is professional and accurate
Flexible hours worked across the following shifts:
Rotating between
7.00am – 3.30pm,
9.00am – 5.30pm
9.30am – 6.00pm
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: 40 hours over Monday to Sunday
Duration: Temp to Perm
Location: Ringwood
